Bad costumer services. every time that i try to reach out to them the person that was answering about my case was very rude. I never speak to the actual lawyer and they never try to do anything for my case, every time that i need it to know if there was any updates i had to call them because they barely answered. They did nothing for my case.

Shamefully slow! Aasociate Daniel Brown we're going on 3 years after a simple car accident where the car was totalled it took them a year and a half to the minimun car value. Another year and a half and the injury portion of the case is still pending. Claudia says it is a complicated issue with chiropractor, the pain doc, amd the er. Horrible law firm; checking with the state bar as this is outrageous.

Excellent service from this great group of lawyers. They helped me perfectly with my case, and everything turned out well. I would hire them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Excellent service in Spanish.

DO NOT HIRE!!!! I had a case with them for two years, and after several calls and emails, I have not gotten anywhere. The communication with the case managers is horrible. They do not keep you updated on what’s going on with your case leaving you in the blind. Don’t be fooled.. when you are looking to hire them, they will come out next day or sometimes even the same day to get you locked in. Once that’s done, you can kiss everything else goodbye. Really starting to think it’s a scam. I will call the state bar if I don’t get answers soon. 🥴 I’ve talked to several other lawyers and they all agreed that the case should not have been going on this long.
